Coaching

After receiving your report and debrief session, you may find yourself in a place wanting some additional support. Through 1-2-1 coaching, we provide a confidential, respectful, supportive, and equal relationship where you can unpack, reflect, be challenged, gain clarity, and work on personal goals, challenges, and blockers.

Facilitated Action Learning Groups

If there are a number of leaders within your organization who are engaged in a process of learning and development, they may benefit from being part of an action learning group.

An action learning group is a facilitated forum where a number of people meet, multiple times, to create learning through action. They do this by sharing their individual development plans, their goals, progress, successes, problems and challenges, and their personal learning along the way.

Action learning groups are a highly effective learning tool in that they use the existing knowledge, capabilities, and resources of the group to create insight, new solutions, group learning, peer support, and accountability for action; all combined with the benefits of group coaching and facilitation. They are ideal for groups of 3-6 people.

Team Workshops

We facilitate online/virtual team workshops using personality assessments like the Team Management Profile, MBTI, and the Strength Deployment Inventory, to help accelerate the building and development of team relationships, increase alignment, and to identify team strengths and potential blind spots.
